How long does domain registration take?
Most domains are activated within 1–4 hours of payment. Local Kenyan TLDs like .co.ke and .ke usually take a few minutes to propagate globally.
How do I pay?
You can pay via M-Pesa, bank transfer, card or PayPal. We send an invoice once we confirm the domain is available — no upfront charges.
Can I transfer an existing domain to you?
Yes. Submit a request with your current registrar and EPP (auth) code in the notes field. Transfers usually complete in 5–7 days and we will renew it for an additional year.
Do I own my domain?
Absolutely. The domain is registered in your name with your contact details. You retain full ownership and can transfer it away at any time.
What about WHOIS privacy?
Add WHOIS Privacy as an add-on (KES 800/yr) to keep your personal contact details out of public WHOIS lookups.
